If you would like details sent to you for the upcoming Commonwealth Bank AgQuip as soon as they become available, email us with your contact details (click on "contact us"). All participants in Commonwealth Bank AgQuip share in the benefits of the massive promotional campaign that attracts around 100,000 visitors to the field days.

The AgQuip site has been divided into activity zones reflecting not only the quantity, but also the quality of visitors to certain areas. The pricing structure offers a variety of options that will best suit the participants marketing needs.

In some specific areas, participants have the access to site only, still with free services but without the advertising package. The value packed Super Advertising Package is offered as an option to those who can most appreciate the enormous benefit in the additional exposure for their products and site at the field days.

ZONE 1 is a proven high traffic area and specifically represents agricultural related products. Full size outdoor, half size outdoor and indoor sites are included in this zone.

The Super Advertising Package valued at over $2,000 is included as part of the package in all Zone 1 participation. New eligible applications will be dealt with on a first come, first serve basis.

ZONE 2 historically is very successful for most exhibitors and is predominantly, but not totally agricultural related. The pricing structure reflects these differences and the Super Advertising Package is offered as an optional extra. Full size outdoor, half size outdoor and indoor sites are also included in this zone. Sites are limited and new eligible applications for participation will be dealt with on a first come, first serve basis.

ZONE 3 - THE SHOPPING ARCADE is designed to showcase in one area a more family oriented exhibit with an assortment of products ranging from fashion, homewares, home services and craft.

There is strictly limited space in this area and eligible applications for participation will be dealt with on a first come, first serve basis. Because of the style of these exhibits only a limited number of indoor sites are available.

The indoor sites are housed in a Hoecher Pavilion and do not include panel dividers or flooring. The Super Advertising Package is also available to Zone 3 offered as an optional extra.

NOTE: Applications in Zone 3 will only be accepted on receipt of full payment.

Care should be taken when filling out the Application Form as the organisers rely on the information provided on these when planning for your participation at Commonwealth Bank AgQuip, including site allocations, listings for the Guide Book and Rural Mail and accounting details.

Most importantly, the organisers must know who will be the CONTACT for future dealings concerning your participation.

Once an Application Form has been received a Tax Invoice will be forwarded to you. Please note that exhibition space will not be confirmed until either full payment or a deposit of 50% is paid and your signed Application Form is received.

To book your site a 50% deposit is required and balance of monies payable generally by the beginning of August. If AgQuip has not received either a 50% deposit or full payment your site will not be guaranteed after May.

All prices are in Australian Dollars, including 10% GST.

Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges. Alternatively, payment by credit card or direct debit is acceptable.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

The organisers reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% for all cancellations made before August. Refunds will not be issued to exhibitors who cancel after this date.
