For details of participation in CRT FarmFest, click on the link here to download the exhibitor prospectus. Please complete the attached Application Form included in the prospectus, and return to the address listed on the form.

Care should be taken when filling out the Application Form as the organisers rely on the information provided on these when planning for your participation at CRT FarmFest, including site allocations, listings for the Rural Mail and HandBook and accounting details. Most importantly, the organisers must know who will be the CONTACT for future dealings concerning your participation.

Once your Application Form has been received a Tax Invoice will be forwarded to you. Please note: exhibition space will not be confirmed until full payment and your signed Application Form is received.

If CRT FarmFest has not received full payment your site will not be guaranteed after April. All prices are in Australian dollars, including 10% GST. Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges. Alternatively, payment by credit card is acceptable.

It is imperative you return your Product Listing Form with your Application Form so your company is correctly listed in the Rural Mail, HandBook, and other media.cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The organisers reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% for all cancellations made prior to the end of April. The organisers also reserve the right to charge the full participation on cancellations after this date.
