CRT FarmFest is divided into activity zones based on traffic flows and also includes a specific Lifestyle Area. This is a specially designed area to allow all rural lifestyle products into one domain and includes the very popular Shopping Arcade.
ZONE 1 is the central area of the grid and has a proven high traffic flow and specifically represents agricultural related products. Full size outdoor (15 metre x 12 metre), half size outdoor (7.5 metre x 12 metre) and indoor Pavilion sites (3 metre x 3 metre) are included in this zone. The Pavilion sites include booth with Velcro receptive panels, company name on pelmet and two spotlights. New eligible applications will be dealt with on a first come, first serve basis. Please note: There are some sites on the perimeter of the grid that vary in depth but will be the same 180m2 area. The sales team will advise actual sizes when sites are allocated.
ZONE 2 is the livestock area for exhibitors of livestock and related equipment. The Livestock Lane area has a limited number of sites either side of the lane and on the outside of the livestock area known as Outdoor Full Site - Livestock Equipment (measuring approximately 12 metres x 12 metres). Various sites are available for livestock exhibitors. Outdoor Full Sites - Livestock (approximately 6 metre x 6 metre) which includes a supply of saw dust. Sites in Zone 2 are limited with new eligible applications for participation will be dealt with on a first come, first serve basis as sites become available.
ZONE 3 is for Lifestyle products and also includes the Shopping Arcade. Included in this zone are special sized Lifestyle Outdoor Sites 6 metre x 6 metre in B Row and 3 metre x 3 metre in the Shopping Arcade located at G-H/31-33. Lifestyle Shopping Arcade sites are on grass and DO NOT INCLUDE dividing panels or back walls. There is strictly limited space in this area and eligible applications for participation will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis.
