Booking Information
Please complete the attached Application Form included in this prospectus, and return to the address listed on the form.
Care should be taken when filling out the Application Form as the organisers rely on the information provided on these when planning for your participation at FarmFest, including site allocations, listings for the Guide Book and Rural Mail and accounting details. Most importantly, the organisers must know who will be the CONTACT for future dealings concerning your participation.
Once an Application to Exhibit form has been received a Tax Invoice will be forwarded to you. Please note that exhibition space will not be confirmed until full payment and your signed Application to Exhibit form is received.
If Elders FarmFest has not received full payment your site will not be guaranteed after 30 April 2008. All prices are in Australian dollars, including 10% GST. Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges. Alternatively, payment by credit card is acceptable.
Please note: The early bird rate only applies to site fees that have been paid for in full by March 31, 2008. If full payment is not received by the deadline exhibitors will not be permitted to setup.
product listing form
It is imperative you return your Product Listing Form with your Application Form so your company is correctly listed in the Guide Book, Rural Mail and other media.
We ask you to complete your Product Listing Form including listing name and address and return to Rural Press Events by April 30, 2008.
If Product Listings are not received by deadline, we reserve the right to use participant's Product Listing from the previous year if available.
early bird discount
5% discount off the GST inclusive site fee price applies if your site is booked and paid for in full by March 31, 2008.
cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The organisers reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% for all cancellations made prior April 30, 2008. Refunds will not be issued to exhibitors who cancel after this date.
