Sites and fees
The Elders FarmFest site boasts fully formed and levelled display blocks providing gravel sealed frontages with a large numbers of sites with power access and most sites have some access to water.
opening hours
Elders FarmFest is open to the general public from 9am to 5pm daily. All sites should be manned well before this time.
FarmFest Info Centre office hours during the three days of FarmFest are 7.30am to 6pm. Contact in the setup/pull down period can be made on (07) 4630 0444.
setting up display
All displays must be completed by 6pm Monday prior to Elders FarmFest. Participants may move onto their sites anytime after Monday May 5, 2008.
Displays must be set up within the boundaries of allocated areas and clearly represent the company name noted as the LISTING name on the Application Form. This is to tie in with all printed and publicised listings.
Where a number of distributors/agents are represented on participant's stand, these distributors/agents are to be incorporated in the display not set up as separate displays.
These distributors/agents should exhibit only those products/ services they sell or distribute on behalf of the participant and not other products they might handle for non exhibitors.
dismantling
For safety reasons no vehicles, transporters, cranes or forklifts are allowed into the static display area until 5pm Thursday for the dismantling or removal of displays.
post hole digging service
A post hole digging service is supplied free of charge on a first in, first served basis, during the eight days prior to Elders FarmFest. Book through the Site Workshop.
new releases
If at FarmFest you are launching a new product or service, why not tell us about it. We may be able to obtain advertising opportunities for you. Media
personnel are always looking for a new angle. A form will be sent to you on receipt of your Application Form.
noise
Exhibits which include the operation of equipment, sound, or PA systems, must be arranged so noise will not annoy or disturb adjacent exhibitors or their clients.
