MULTIMEDIA HELP:

Please select an area you are requiring help with:
Audio & Video Help

We offer our audio and video files in a variety of formats: Windows Media (WMA), (WMV), MPEG, MP3 and streaming. In addition to a computer with a sound card and speakers or headphones, you need a connection to the internet (dial-up modem, DSL, cable modem or local area network) and multimedia player software to play these files.

To listen and watch the multimedia files featured on our website, you must have an appropriate multimedia player installed on your computer. We recommend using either Windows Media Player, RealPlayer or Quicktime. Windows Media Player and Quicktime are free to download:

Download Windows Media Player from here (Windows, Macintosh, Pocket PC):
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/

Download Quicktime from here (Windows and Macintosh):
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

If you're accessing the Internet behind a proxy or firewall, commonly found in a corporate or academic setting, you may persistently experience difficulty playing audio files. We recommend contacting your IT Administrator for technical support, or alternatively access the audio files from another computer that is not connected to that network.

Poor Sound or Video Quality Help

This may be for a couple of reasons, either because the original source is of poor quality, or due to high network traffic (on your local network or the Internet). The best thing to do if it is being caused by high network traffic is to try again later.

Browser Help

If you believe you are experiencing problems viewing our website you may require upgrading to the latest browser version.

If you are accessing the Internet within a corporate or academic setting, we recommend contacting your IT Administrator for assistance.
