TWO of four ex-plantation properties in NSW’s Northern Rivers region sold at auction in Casino on October 23. Box Hill at Corakai (185ha/450 acres) sold for $365,000. Clearfield at Myrtle Creek (121ha/299 acres). Negotiations are continuing on Camira, a 489ha (1208 acre) bushland block midway between Casino and Grafton, and Culmaran Creek, a 280ha (690 acre) block on the Richmond Range in the Mallanganee district.
