THE 4412ha (10,900 acre) Charters Towers region property Red Hill has sold for $1.6 million, two weeks after it was passed in at an Elders auction.
Located 115km north of Charters Towers and 100km south west of Townsville, the buyer was Alice Conder Lang from Townsville.
