Improvements include a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house set in landscaped gardens and lawns, a 66sq m steel-framed car shed and two 96sq m corrugated iron machinery sheds. There are four sets of timber yards located throughout the property.
The property is estimated to have a carrying capacity of 3000 cattle.
Some cattle will be included in the sale, but the number has yet to be ascertained.
