Set aside briefly at $1.975m and and reoffered with an increased bid of $2m, the property sold for $2,015,000 to Kevin Bredhauer, Charleville. The under bidders were the Hindmarsh Family, Dillalah, Charleville.
The property was offered by the Queensland Department of Environment and Resource Management and sold through Ray White Rural this morning.
Located 20km from Wyandra and 98km from Charleville and 120km Cunnamulla, Rosevale Station is watered by 12km of Warrego River frontage (100 megalitre water allocation), Minetta Artesian Bore with approx 64km of poly pipe line with 34 watering points,one sub Bore and 20 stock dams.
The property is estimated to carry 1200 breeding cows and progeny to weaning or sheep equivalent.
Rosevale is described as Warrego River country running back to Mitchell grass downs with areas of flood out country. The balance of the property is undulating mulga/box country.
