The recently released range of New Holland T7 Series long wheelbase (LWB) tractors fitted with a host of new specifications offer the next generation in farming excellence.
Fitted with HI-eSCR Tier 4b engines, the T7 Series offers class leading features and technology.
New Holland high horsepower product manager Don Forrester said there were three model variations to replace the two T7 LWB models previously available.
“The T7 LWB extended family has rated powers spanning from 136 to 175 kilowatt and the new line-up retains New Holland’s premium Sidewinder model versions, with Power Command and Auto Command transmissions,” Mr Forrester said.
“Added to the line-up is the new classic model version, which includes a conventional styled armrest, and with mechanical rear remote valves.”
New styling has also been introduced enhancing the stylish design pointers but also retaining the practicality that the T7 is renowned for.
This includes compact “cats-eye-style” lighting that increases the size of the grill area, and three rear hood vents to promote cooling airflow over the engine.
Projector style headlights, and numerous work lights featuring LED technology, have increased total cabin visibility for long night working hours in the paddock.
The T7 range includes a “whisper quiet” suspended Horizon cab with a new single glass panel design.
Removing a glass join has provided distortion free front vision. When fitted with a front-end loader, the T7 range features a high visibility, fully open able transparent roof hatch, giving a perfect view at maximum loader extension from the comfort of your seat. Front roller sun blinds made out of a solid material rather than a perforated one are fitted to completely blocking out sun glare.
A new seat range has been introduced with new cushion seats and suspension systems.
All T7 Classic models will be equipped with the comfort seat, while all Sidewinder II model versions will be fitted with the dynamic comfort seat.
The new seats feature an innovative backrest design providing upper back support without impeding on a drivers ability to turn and look rearwards.
There is also an optional semi-active, ventilated seat to make long days more comfortable.
All Sidewinder version tractors come fitted standard with New Holland’s large IntelliView IV display, and can be equipped as an option via the window mount on Classic model version T7 tractors.
Dual IntelliView IV displays can also be fitted as an option on Sidewinder version tractors.
