Tributes are flowing for a Toowoomba father who died after an Uber car ran over him in the driveway of his home on Flagstone Creek Road on Friday evening.
Scott Stallman, 44, was believed to be on the down-slope of his driveway at 12.40am when the Uber vehicle, carrying his wife Monique, entered the driveway.
Mr Stallman was well-known in the local business community, and comes from a farming family in the Pittsworth district.
A former Toowoomba Grammar School student, Mr Stallman was also associated with the USQ Rugby Union Club as a former player and coach.
His death has been labelled by police as a ‘terrible tragedy’.
Friends have taken to Facebook to express their grief.
He leaves his wife of 22 years, Monique and three children.
