MUSIC lovers are lined up for kilometres and it isn’t even a Justin Bieber concert.
CMC Rocks, the largest country and roots festival in the Southern Hemisphere, is set to begin at Willowbank Raceway, near Ipswich tonight with entry to the onsite camping opening at midday today.
Keen attendees began lining up at the front gate yesterday with the stream of cars now stretching kilometres as cars move at turtle pace to claim their spot.
The festival kicks off tonight with music at the exclusive campers bar from 3pm before official proceedings begin tomorrow.
This year’s event is headlined by the Dixie Chicks, Little Big Town, Kip Moore, Tyler Farr and Eric Paslay.
