It’s day two of the Sydney Royal Show and the first official open day for the public.
Today the school purebred steer judging is underway, as well as the open purebred steer judging.
The Border Leicesters, Corriedales, Dorpers, Dorset Horns, Poll Dorsets and White Dorpers are up for judging in the sheep pavilion this morning, while the Australian Whites, Suffolks and White Suffolks walk onto the green mat this afternoon.
At midday the Young Auctioneers competition will kick off – you can watch it live here.

Yesterday a strong lineup of junior Corriedales kept judge Charlie Prell, "Gundowringa", Crookwell, on his toes in the opening day in the Sheep and Wool Pavilion. Read more here.
