BOUNTY Farms, a progressive grape and citrus growing business at St George, is on the market.
The diverse landholding comprises of 230 hectares (568 acres) across two unique properties close to St George township.
Some 27ha has been planted to table grapes, 16ha to citrus and more than 75ha is suitable for further development.
Marketing agent Chris Holgar, CBRE Agribusiness, said an expansion of horticultural pursuits could include edible nuts, avocadoes or berries.
The farm has a 300ML storage dam supplemented by 1316ML of water entitlements from Balonne River and the Sunwater irrigation channel.
“The high-quality automated irrigation systems ensuring ease of operation,” Mr Holgar said.
Outstanding structural improvements include a packing shed, site office, cool storage facility and on-site staff accommodation.
