FOR farmers looking for an easier way to shift bales, Massey Ferguson has introduced a new model to the MF TH Telehandler range.
Massey Feguson said in a release the TH7038 Telehandler will meet the high capacity requirements of farmers.
The telehandler is able to lift the heaviest high density bales and will offer fast and efficient cycles for loading with the power to tow a loaded trailer, it said.
Massey Ferguson said the TH7038 has a lift capacity of 3.8 tonne with a maximum lift height of 7 metres.
The company said it is equipped with a hydrostatic transmission and is powered by a 4.4 litre four-cylinder Perkins engine.
Massey Ferguson said all models have three selectable steering modes, two-wheel steer, four-wheel steer and crab-steer to provide optimum manoeuvrability in all operating conditions.
John Russell, product manager Massey Ferguson said the new telehandler was part of a program of continuous improvement.
“The new features on our renowned machines now deliver customers even higher performance, which allow them to carry out their work in more comfort, with greater productivity and with lower costs,” he said.
