NORTHERN Territory cattle industry identity Peter Sherwin has bought the 259,000 hectare (640,003 acre) NT cattle property Broadmere Station.

Located 250km east of Daly Waters on the Carpentaria Highway, the property is has an estimated carrying capacity of 6500 adult equivalents AE, with scope for expansion.

The undisclosed sale price is understood to be about $7 million.

The sale was negotiated through an expressions of interest process by Geoff Warriner CBRE.
