Droughtmaster steers from B&S Lindenberg, Goomboorian sold for $2.95 ($1261). Droughtmaster steers from Dave Hebberman, Yengarie made $2.95 ($1328) and $2.83 ($1221) and $2.95 ($1188 and $1187). Droughtmaster steers from Billeroy Farms, Sexton sold for $3.03 ($1210, $1146 and $1119), while their Brangus brothers sold for $3.27 ($1154).
Hereford cross steers from the Heath Family, Widgee made $3.11 ($1182 and $1172). Bazadaise cross steers from Rodney Johannesen sold for $3.33 ($814). Brangus weaner steers from Ivan O’Sullivan made $3.79 ($836). Brangus steers from Luke Canty sold for $3.53 ($841). Droughtmaster steers from Brett and Aimie Warren, Skyring Creek sold for $3.83 ($838).
Droughtmaster weaner heifers from Brett and Aimie Warren sold for $3.33 ($691) and $3.19 ($564). Bazadaise cross heifers from Rodney Johannesen sold for $3.20 ($752) and $3.07 ($716). Generally better quality weaner heifers sold from $3.00 to $3.33.
Only a handful of cows and calves were yarded and sold from $1175 to $1375.
