DAVID and Suzanne Bassingthwaigthe's 12,769ha (31,554 acre) Roma district property Dulacca West Station was passed in auction for $3.9 million this morning.
Located 83km east of Roma, the property is estimated to background 2500 cattle or run 1500 breeders.
Marketing agent Vince O'Brien, Elders, said there had been good interest in the property which had a frontage to the Warrego Highway.
"Dulacca West has the size, the location and mix of income producing options to make it a very attractive property," Mr O'Brien told Queensland Country Life.
The property has about 2800ha of improved pasture, a centre pivot irrigator on 90ha, a water licence for an approved 10,000 head feedlot, and gravel reserves.
There are three homes, sheds, yards, and laneways servicing the paddocks.
