More than 1000 head of stud cattle are set to be exhibited on the main oval at the Royal Queensland Show.
Competition gets underway on Thursday, August 4, and Friday, August 5, with the small breeds judging to follow on Friday, August 12.
RNA beef cattle committee chairman, Gary Noller, said it was pleasing to see numbers return to previous levels.
