Under the watchful eye of legendary campdrafter Terry Hall, 52 students from eight schools across QLD and NSW have competed in the inaugural Percentile Cup at the Warwick Showgrounds over the weekend.
Organised by St Margaret’s student Emily Curr, Yelvertoft Station, Mt Isa, the event aimed to bring together high school students with a love of campdrafting to learn from one of the sport’s best and for some fun competition.
The talented bunch of students competed for bragging rights, and their school’s name on a bronze trophy created by Jaye Hall.
The eventual winners were the boys from The Southport School (TSS).
TSS students Tom Cannington, Moree, helped his team to victory, being the overall winner after three rounds of drafting and a run-off for first place.
