AN EXPANDED Kubota implement range has been launched to market in readiness for Spring.
Including a plethora of implements, tractors and machinery the range includes not only the new Kubota Australia brand, but partner brands Great Plains and Krone.
Kubota Australia, senior product manager, Lars Pasedag said the long-standing partnership with the German machinery manufacturer Krone resulted in innovative products for Australia.
“The Krone HDP II square baler sets a new benchmark in large square bale production,” he said.
“It features the world-first development of an eight-knotter system, which enables the machine to handle extremely heavy bales.
Mr Pasedag said new updates this year included a W- pattern tine arrangement on the Krone Comprima round bale, replacing the usual straight line, to increase crop flow.
“There’s also the Comprima Xtreme,” he said.
“Featuring the same strong features as the Comprima, but offering faster elevator and pickup speed for higher productivity.”
Mr Pasedag said the Kubota branded spring implement range had received a terminal upgrade.
The SC seeding combination series, now include Isobus iM Tellus and TellusGo universal terminals.
Other features of the 2018 offering include an increased product range from new Kubota company, Great Plains, as well as the heavy duty Kubota M series tractors.
The M7-1 features Kubota’s most powerful engine to date, available from 100 to 130 kilowatts of power (130 to 175 horsepower).
The series also boasts a top speed of 50 kilometres an hour.
