VINEYARD or orchard farmers looking for a speciality features, or those requiring stability on slopes have been offered a solution Agco brand Massey Ferguson.
In a recent announcement by Agco, the company launched the MF3700 series to the Australian and New Zealand markets, replacing the 3600 Xtra range.
Massey Ferguson, product manager, John Horan said the extended range will appeal to high value farmers requiring tailored features.
“Farmers whose high value crops and challenging terrain present additional demands will benefit from even higher levels of specification, which can be precisely tailored to meet their individual requirements,” he said.
“In addition they will benefit from the extensive know-how of our specialist engineers who have worked extremely hard on this impressive new range.”
Mr Horan said the MF3700 series are equipped with four-cylinder, stage 3B new generation engines, increased hydraulic flow and the option of a fully integrated factory-fitted front linkage, PTO and front loader frame.
He said the fuel efficiency of the engine coupled with a larger fuel tank translated into lower operating costs and increased efficiency.
The series includes five ranges designed for vineyards, open vineyards, fruit orchards, low profile for under tree use and hilly terrain.
Mr Horan said the new wide fruit model with a wider chassis for greater stability which was ideal for hillside vineyards and livestock farms with sloping fields.
