DURING the second week of each month of the year the US Department of Agriculture releases its World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates. The report provides the USDA's comprehensive forecasts of supply and demand for both US and global crops such as wheat, rice, coarse grains, oilseeds and cotton.
