Donated hay goes up in flames south of Charleville
A truck carrying hay has caught fire on the Mitchell Highway just south of Charleville.
The Queensland Police Service and Queensland Fire and Emergency Service were called to the scene just after 9am on Tuesday.
QPS has confirmed the driver was unharmed, but the truck could not be saved.
They say it appears the bales of hay caught alight from the exhaust pipe.
