First established in 2016, POW is a forum for women in dairy to gather, network, be inspired and learn new skills and knowledge to assist them in their everyday lives.
POW celebrates the strong, passionate and successful women in dairy as well as rewarding excellence and supporting younger women making their way within the industry.
In 2017 POW awarded its first scholarship to Clare Modra from Gunbower, Victoria, who will represent POW at World Dairy Expo in October 2018.
