GrainCorp's malt demerger gets 99.5pc shareholder vote

The Kiwi boss who is about to lead newly restructured GrainCorp landed in Australia in the nick of time on Sunday night, narrowly avoiding 14 days of self quarantine under the new coronavirus lockdown laws.
