Colac, Vic, district dairy farmer Mark Billing will take over from John Keely, as United Dairyfarmers of Victoria vice-president.
The annual UDV conference has been postponed, due to the COVID-19 shutdown, but virtual elections went ahead.

Returning Officer Jane Lovell welcomed and congratulated Mr Billing on his appointment.
"I congratulate Mark on his appointment and look forward to working with him to help progress the future of the Victorian dairy industry," Ms Lovell said.
"I would also like to thank and acknowledge Ian Morris for his interest in the role and to the many UDV members who voted and ensured their voice was heard."
Mr Billing replaces outgoing UDV vice-president, John Keely who has been in the role since 2018.
"John has contributed a huge amount whilst in the role of UDV vice-president over the past three years, and before that in his nine years on UDV Policy Council," Ms Lovell said.
Mr Billing lives near Colac and operates his dairy farm with wife Sam and their four children.
He has been involved with the UDV as a member for over 35 years and recently as the Policy Councillor for UDV Region 8.
Mr Billing also sits on the UDV executive committee.
