Central and southern NSW John Deere dealership Hutcheon & Pearce has expanded its footprint with the acquisition of Peel Valley Machinery.
Peel Valley's five locations at Tamworth, Gunnedah, Narrabri, Quirindi and Wee Waa will lift Hutcheon & Pearce's dealership total to 18.
CEO Arron Hutcheon said customers could have confidence that Hutcheon & Pearce would bring its 69 years of experience to contribute to the already outstanding support they were receiving from their local sales, parts and service teams.
"Our acquisition of the five Peel Valley Machinery locations provides us the opportunity to build on the strong foundations already in place built by the John family and their staff over multiple generations across the Peel and Namoi Valleys as well as the surrounding areas," he said.

Mr Hutcheon said the similar agricultural commodity bases and existing expertise in both Australian family owned businesses made the decision to expand north a perfect choice.
"Having a long history in the small grains, hay, cotton and livestock segments throughout NSW and northern Victoria means Hutcheon & Pearce is in a prime position to ensure a smooth transition for customers and staff," he said.
Peel Valley group director Steve John said the acquisition would be the conclusion of his family's more than 56 years of association with the John Deere brand.
It also wraps up Peel Valley's longstanding relationships with both Daimler and Isuzu Trucks at its Tamworth location.
"We believe Hutcheon & Pearce will provide the smoothest possible transition for our team and our customers," Mr John said.
"We are delighted to be leaving our business in the hands of Arron Hutcheon and his team, with our very best wishes for the future."
