AGFORCE have closed the year out by brokering a cracking deal for their members with Isuzu Trucks.
In a deal similar the Platinum Partnership AgForce has with Toyota, members who purchase an Isuzu truck will also be up for big savings.
They’ll have access to the same discount Isuzu offer their biggest national clients.
Isuzu’s Queensland fleet sales manager, Graham Miller, was on hand at Black Truck Sales, Roma, as the first truck purchased with the discount was handed over.
He said farmers had a long history of supporting Isuzu and it was great to be able to offer such a significant deal.
“It’s just a great opportunity to support the farming community,” he said.
“We have a strong regional dealer network and we look forward to a successful partnership with AgForce.”
AgForce cattle president Bim Struss was the first to take advantage of the deal, picking up his new FDX 1000 on Thursday.
Mr Struss will use the truck in his cattle operation at Havelock, Mitchell.
“Our last truck was built in 1967 – it was a Ford and it had done fifty years and was showing it so we decided to get a new one,” he said.
“The discount was significant and I’d recommend members looking for a truck consider it.”
Black Truck Sales’ Jason Black said he was delighted to be able to help arrange the first sale in the new partnership.
“As a bit of an introductory deal we are also offering a $1000 tool deal to anyone who buys an Isuzu truck before January 31,” Mr Black said.
Isuzu have a large range of trucks ranging from 4.5t GVM up to 22.5t GVM prime movers.
