POLICE seized three unsecured firearms and ammunition on a Cunnamulla grazing property.

Detectives from the Charleville Major and Organised Crime Squad (Rural) issued a 63-year-old man with a notice to appear before the Magistrates Court in Cunnamulla. He faces charges of unlawful possession of firearms, unlawful possession of an explosive (ammunition), trespass, and unlawfully take macropod (kangaroo).

The matter will be mentioned in the Cunnamulla Magistrates Court on March 19.
