Today, Thursday November 21, is National Agriculture Day.
A day for all Australians to celebrate the work farmers do, day in, day out.
This year AgDay is asking us all to join together and remember that city Aussies have something in common with their country cousins.
It hasn't been an easy year for farmers with the drought stretching up and down the east coast and moving into parts of South Australia, along with the recent fires in NSW and Queensland.
But today is a day for the nation to stop and recognise their efforts through the hardships, and to join together in commonalities.
To help mark the day we asked you to share your photos of life on the land to mark the occasion.
We've picked out some of the best photos sent to us by you, the readers, and highlighed them in the gallery above.
Please keep sharing your get photos with us, either via Facebook or email to kim.chappell@austcommunitymedia.com.au
