SHORTAGE: While city supermarkets grapple with supply chain issues including this Aldi, changes to isolation requirements mean freight drivers might be back on the roads sooner than anticipated.

One transport industry advocate says the south-west Victorian dairy farmers no longer face 'tipping their milk down the drain' after isolation requirements for asymptomatic truck drivers were wound back this week.
