CBA says bush manufacturers beat city firms on growth, investment plans

Commonwealth Bank of Australia's regional and agribusiness executive general manager, Paul Fowler, says business performance in regional areas has been at the front of Australia's strong economic results during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite rising freight costs and infuriating supply chain setbacks, regional and farm sector manufacturing businesses are more focused on growth opportunities and investing in expansion than their city cousins.
