The little tractor that could
ITALIAN manufacturer Antonio Carraro, have just released their smallest tractor, the Tigre 4000.
Antonio Carraro sales manager Marco Corra said the ultra-compact tractor is perfect for tight jobs such as Tasmanian apple orchards.
In a release, Mr Corra said the Tigre 4000 has three cylinder Yanmar engine, capable of 23 kilowatts (31 horsepower) and maximum torque at 1700 revs per minute.
“It is one of the most compact tools on the market, designed to cater for maintenance or cultivation of steep agricultural parcels, orchards and greenhouses,” he said.
